exim4-config-2 software package provides virtual package provided by exim4-config, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install exim4-config-2
exim4-config-2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the exim4-config-2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep exim4-config-2*
You will get with exim4-config-2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
