erlang-folsom-dev software package provides Erlang based metrics system inspired by Coda Hales metrics, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install erlang-folsom-dev
erlang-folsom-dev is installed in your system.
