elpa-bind-key software package provides simple way to manage personal keybindings, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install elpa-bind-key
elpa-bind-key is installed in your system.
Make ensure the elpa-bind-key package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep elpa-bind-key *
You will get with elpa-bind-key package name, version, architecture and description in a table
