debian-installer-8-netboot-pow software package provides Debian-installer network boot images for powerpc, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install debian-installer-8-netboot-pow
debian-installer-8-netboot-pow is installed in your system.
Make ensure the debian-installer-8-netboot-pow package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep debian-installer-8-netboot-pow*
You will get with debian-installer-8-netboot-pow package name, version, architecture and description in a table
