debian-installer-8-netboot-amd software package provides Debian-installer network boot images for amd64, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install debian-installer-8-netboot-amd
debian-installer-8-netboot-amd is installed in your system.
Make ensure the debian-installer-8-netboot-amd package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep debian-installer-8-netboot-amd*
