core-dump-handler software package provides virtual package provided by corekeeper, systemd-coredump, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install core-dump-handler
core-dump-handler is installed in your system.
Make ensure the core-dump-handler package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep core-dump-handler*
You will get with core-dump-handler package name, version, architecture and description in a table
