cookie-monster software package provides virtual package provided by xul-ext-cookie-monster, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cookie-monster
cookie-monster is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cookie-monster package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cookie-monster*
You will get with cookie-monster package name, version, architecture and description in a table
