codeblocks-contrib software package provides contrib plugins for Code::Blocks IDE, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install codeblocks-contrib
codeblocks-contrib is installed in your system.
Make ensure the codeblocks-contrib package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep codeblocks-contrib *
You will get with codeblocks-contrib package name, version, architecture and description in a table
