cmor-tables software package provides MIP tables for the Climate Model Output Rewriter library, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cmor-tables
cmor-tables is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cmor-tables package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cmor-tables *
You will get with cmor-tables package name, version, architecture and description in a table
