clearlooks-phenix-theme software package provides GTK3 port of Clearlooks theme, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install clearlooks-phenix-theme
clearlooks-phenix-theme is installed in your system.
Make ensure the clearlooks-phenix-theme package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep clearlooks-phenix-theme *
You will get with clearlooks-phenix-theme package name, version, architecture and description in a table
