cl-sql-sqlite software package provides CLSQL database backend, SQLite, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-sql-sqlite
cl-sql-sqlite is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-sql-sqlite package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-sql-sqlite *
You will get with cl-sql-sqlite package name, version, architecture and description in a table
