cl-cxml software package provides XML parser written in Common Lisp, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-cxml
cl-cxml is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-cxml package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-cxml *
You will get with cl-cxml package name, version, architecture and description in a table
