cl-csv-clsql software package provides Common Lisp library providing easy csv reading and writing, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-csv-clsql
cl-csv-clsql is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-csv-clsql package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-csv-clsql *
You will get with cl-csv-clsql package name, version, architecture and description in a table
