chasen-dic software package provides virtual package provided by naist-jdic, naist-jdic-utf8, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install chasen-dic
chasen-dic is installed in your system.
Make ensure the chasen-dic package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep chasen-dic*
You will get with chasen-dic package name, version, architecture and description in a table
