calligra-l10n-cavalencia software package provides Southern Catalan (Valencian) (ca@valencia) files for Calligra, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install calligra-l10n-cavalencia
calligra-l10n-cavalencia is installed in your system.
