c-compiler-arm-linux-gnueabi software package provides virtual package provided by gcc-5-arm-linux-gnueabi, gcc-6-arm-linux-gnueabi, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install c-compiler-arm-linux-gnueabi
c-compiler-arm-linux-gnueabi is installed in your system.
Make ensure the c-compiler-arm-linux-gnueabi package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep c-compiler-arm-linux-gnueabi*
