bzr-email software package provides Notification email plugin for Bazaar, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install bzr-email
bzr-email is installed in your system.
Make ensure the bzr-email package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep bzr-email *
You will get with bzr-email package name, version, architecture and description in a table
