binutils-hppa64 software package provides virtual package provided by binutils-hppa64-linux-gnu, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install binutils-hppa64
binutils-hppa64 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the binutils-hppa64 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep binutils-hppa64*
You will get with binutils-hppa64 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
