barcode-dbg software package provides Utility and library for barcode generation (debug), you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install barcode-dbg
barcode-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the barcode-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep barcode-dbg *
You will get with barcode-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
