barbican-worker software package provides OpenStack Key Management Service - Worker Node, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install barbican-worker
barbican-worker is installed in your system.
Make ensure the barbican-worker package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep barbican-worker *
You will get with barbican-worker package name, version, architecture and description in a table
