audacious software package provides small and fast audio player which supports lots of formats, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install audacious
audacious is installed in your system.
Make ensure the audacious package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep audacious *
You will get with audacious package name, version, architecture and description in a table
