astro-datareduction software package provides Data reduction pipelines for astronomy, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install astro-datareduction
astro-datareduction is installed in your system.
Make ensure the astro-datareduction package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep astro-datareduction *
You will get with astro-datareduction package name, version, architecture and description in a table
