asic0x-dkms software package provides iBurst USB modem driver in DKMS format, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install asic0x-dkms
asic0x-dkms is installed in your system.
Make ensure the asic0x-dkms package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep asic0x-dkms *
You will get with asic0x-dkms package name, version, architecture and description in a table
