aptly-publisher software package provides Tool for management of Aptly publishes, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aptly-publisher
aptly-publisher is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aptly-publisher package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aptly-publisher *
You will get with aptly-publisher package name, version, architecture and description in a table
