appc-spec software package provides App Container Specification (appc) - tools, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install appc-spec
appc-spec is installed in your system.
Make ensure the appc-spec package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep appc-spec *
You will get with appc-spec package name, version, architecture and description in a table
