apertium-nob-nno software package provides virtual package provided by apertium-nno-nob, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install apertium-nob-nno
apertium-nob-nno is installed in your system.
Make ensure the apertium-nob-nno package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep apertium-nob-nno*
You will get with apertium-nob-nno package name, version, architecture and description in a table
