apertium-mt-ar software package provides virtual package provided by apertium-mlt-ara, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install apertium-mt-ar
apertium-mt-ar is installed in your system.
Make ensure the apertium-mt-ar package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep apertium-mt-ar*
You will get with apertium-mt-ar package name, version, architecture and description in a table
