aoflagger-dev software package provides Find RFI in radio astronomical observations (development files), you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aoflagger-dev
aoflagger-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aoflagger-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aoflagger-dev *
You will get with aoflagger-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
