albatross-gtk-theme software package provides dark and light GTK+ theme from the Shimmer Project, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install albatross-gtk-theme
albatross-gtk-theme is installed in your system.
Make ensure the albatross-gtk-theme package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep albatross-gtk-theme *
You will get with albatross-gtk-theme package name, version, architecture and description in a table
