liblouisxml-data software package provides Braille XML translation library - data, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblouisxml-data
liblouisxml-data is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblouisxml-data package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblouisxml-data *
You will get with liblouisxml-data package name, version, architecture and description in a table
