liblouisutdml-bin software package provides Braille UTDML translation utilities, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblouisutdml-bin
liblouisutdml-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblouisutdml-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblouisutdml-bin *
You will get with liblouisutdml-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
