liblocale-maketext-lexicon-per software package provides lexicon-handling backends for Locale::Maketext, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblocale-maketext-lexicon-per
liblocale-maketext-lexicon-per is installed in your system.
