liblink-grammar4-dev software package provides Carnegie Mellon Universitys link grammar parser (development headers), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblink-grammar4-dev
liblink-grammar4-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblink-grammar4-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblink-grammar4-dev *
