liblingua-en-tagger-perl software package provides part-of-speech tagger for English natural language processing, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblingua-en-tagger-perl
liblingua-en-tagger-perl is installed in your system.
