liblingua-en-inflect-number-pe software package provides Perl module to force number of words to singular or plural, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblingua-en-inflect-number-pe
liblingua-en-inflect-number-pe is installed in your system.
