How to uninstall or remove liblexical-persistence-perl software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed liblexical-persistence-perl package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove liblexical-persistence-perl 

Uninstall liblexical-persistence-perl including dependent package

If you would like to remove liblexical-persistence-perl and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove liblexical-persistence-perl 
Use Purging liblexical-persistence-perl

If you use with purge options to liblexical-persistence-perl package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge liblexical-persistence-perl 

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.
