libleveldb-dev software package provides fast key-value storage library (development files), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libleveldb-dev
libleveldb-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libleveldb-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libleveldb-dev *
You will get with libleveldb-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
