liblayout-manager-perl software package provides module for managing layout of graphical components, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblayout-manager-perl
liblayout-manager-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblayout-manager-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblayout-manager-perl *
You will get with liblayout-manager-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
