liblasi-dev software package provides development files and documentation for the LASi library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblasi-dev
liblasi-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblasi-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblasi-dev *
You will get with liblasi-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
