libkwinglesutils1 software package provides library with OpenGL/ES utilities for the KDE window manager, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkwinglesutils1
libkwinglesutils1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkwinglesutils1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkwinglesutils1 *
You will get with libkwinglesutils1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
