libkvilib4 software package provides KVIrc (IRC client) base library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkvilib4
libkvilib4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkvilib4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkvilib4 *
You will get with libkvilib4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
