libkonq5-templates software package provides data files for the Konqueror libraries, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkonq5-templates
libkonq5-templates is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkonq5-templates package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkonq5-templates *
You will get with libkonq5-templates package name, version, architecture and description in a table
