libklibc-udeb software package provides minimal libc subset for use with initramfs (d-i), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libklibc-udeb
libklibc-udeb is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libklibc-udeb package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libklibc-udeb *
You will get with libklibc-udeb package name, version, architecture and description in a table
