libkemoticons4 software package provides utility classes to deal with emoticon themes, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkemoticons4
libkemoticons4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkemoticons4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkemoticons4 *
You will get with libkemoticons4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
