libkdecorations4abi2 software package provides library used by decorations for the KDE window manager, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkdecorations4abi2
libkdecorations4abi2 is installed in your system.
