libkcalutils4 software package provides library with utility functions for the handling of calendar data, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkcalutils4
libkcalutils4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkcalutils4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkcalutils4 *
You will get with libkcalutils4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
