libkadm5srv-mit9 software package provides MIT Kerberos runtime libraries - KDC and Admin Server, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkadm5srv-mit9
libkadm5srv-mit9 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkadm5srv-mit9 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkadm5srv-mit9 *
You will get with libkadm5srv-mit9 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
