libjs-sinon software package provides sinon.js simplifies javascript testing, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjs-sinon
libjs-sinon is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjs-sinon package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjs-sinon *
You will get with libjs-sinon package name, version, architecture and description in a table
