libjs-jquery-timepicker software package provides timepicker addon for jQuery UI datepicker, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjs-jquery-timepicker
libjs-jquery-timepicker is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjs-jquery-timepicker package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjs-jquery-timepicker *
You will get with libjs-jquery-timepicker package name, version, architecture and description in a table
