How to uninstall or remove libjs-jquery-resize software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libjs-jquery-resize package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libjs-jquery-resize

Uninstall libjs-jquery-resize including dependent package

If you would like to remove libjs-jquery-resize and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libjs-jquery-resize

Use Purging libjs-jquery-resize

If you use with purge options to libjs-jquery-resize package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libjs-jquery-resize

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libjs-jquery-resize
